Join Jim and Dan as they talk to Kevin McGary, the Chairman of the California Chapter of the Frederick Douglass Foundation, and learn what the schools didn't teach you about Mr. Douglass.
It's been a while, but it's time for another story from Jim's dad. We found a lost episode and it helps us out since life is crazy. While you may pull into the wrong address from time to time, imagine landing on the wrong aircraft carrier. Google images of what happened to these poor guys. Let's just say, they may be on the same team but that doesn't mean you can just walk into their house.
It's that time again. Line up one and all for the newest most super duperest COVID vaccines (you love your fellow citizens and grandparents don't you?). Will you comply with new mandates? Jim thinks you will. Also, the Supreme Court is about to get back at it. Join us while we talk about it.
We're back again. Hopefully for good. Here's the update.
Imagine having your dog ripped from your family in the later years of his life. The only family he's ever known. Not taken by disease. Taken as a pawn in a cruel game of retaliation. For K-9 handler Officer Ryan Kaetzel that is exactly what's happening. Join Jim and Dan while they talk to Ryan about the unbelievable circumstances surrounding K-9 Bosco.
Part two of all things Constitution with Paul Engle. Join us while we wrap up the silly season decisions and talk about misconceptions about the Constitution.
Big decisions out of the Supreme Court are coming out furiously as the court wraps up its work before heading into its break. Paul Engle from The Constitution Study joins Jim and Dan to break down these decisions from a constitutional viewpoint, which is what these decisions should always be based on anyway, but sometimes......well, government.
Join us while we discuss affirmative action, freedom of speech, and more.
"Every citizen ought diligently to read and study the Constitution of his country and teach the rising generation to be free. By knowing their rights, they will sooner perceive when they are violated and be the better prepared to defend and assert them." - John Jay

We took a little time off. Life changing life got in the way for Jim. We'll be talking about what happened but know that we're back.
Daniel Penny restrained a homeless man acting aggressively, and ultimately killed him. Was it self-defense? Did he overreact? At what point can you claim self-defense when you kill another person? Also, the long-anticipated Durham Report has finally dropped. Yawn. Join Jim and Dan while they talk about these things in between all of the tangents that have nothing to do with any of this.
Ron DeSantis is the conservative sweetheart. The guy that could save us all. Or is he? Is he the conservative savior or is he just another politician who's willing to say what he has to say for the people, but do what he has to do for him. The first crack in armor may have appeared and Nick Caturano is here to explain it all for you. It's time to do a podcast.
You know Sheriff Lamb from past episodes. You know who he is and what he stands for, Sheriff Lamb has entered the ring to help take this country back. Join us while we talk to him about saving this country and what made him decide to run for the United States Senate.
Tennessee has been on fire in the news lately from the school shooting at the hands of a female shooter and the fantastic response from police there to two of three members of the Tennessee legislature being expelled, only to be sent right back by their leftist city councils. Tennessee resident Paul Engel of The Constitution Study breaks down all things Tennessee with Jim and Dan. Think what has been happening in Tennessee doesn't affect you? Think again. How goes Tennessee, goes the nation.

We came across Greg Fanning when we saw he was running for a local Clerk of Courts race. We were intrigued at his run at such a young age and decided to talk to him. He may not be the most polished politician, thank God, but he is passionate and this is what we need; more young folks getting involved in government. Fresh conservative minds that have ideas on how to change things.
Part 2 of our show with Jackie Miller, The Amherst, Ohio bus driver that captured America with the truth bombs she dropped on a busload of disrespectful kids. If you haven't heard Part 1, head back to Episode 70 to get caught up.
You've seen the viral video. Jackie Miller went to work driving a school bus for the Amerst City Schools like any other day. By the time that day was over, the proverbial straw had landed on her back, and she resigned. But it's how she went out that is the story. To say she went off on these kids is a disservice to the lesson she laid down. For her or against her, we've all wanted to say it before. And for the record, almost everyone is on "teambusdriver".
Join us for part one of two as we meet the real Jackie Miller. She's a whole lot more than that 3-minute video.
Turns out, she's the hero we didn't know we needed.
Disney touts itself as the "Happiest Place on Earth," but is it? Disney should be the one place everyone can go to escape politics. To get away from the woke mentality that is eating away at this nation. Unfortunately, as they have shown time and time again, that isn't necessarily true.
Join Jim and Dan as they talk about Disney with Nick, a current 18-year employee of Disney World, and get some questions answered that you might have been wondering. Dan also goes after a conspiracy; was Donald Trump just a made-over Hillary Clinton in the Hall of Presidents?
It's a woke world after all.
Donald Trump has been indicted. Democrats rejoice. Finally got him.Just like the dossier. And Russia. And the impeachment. And the impeachment. And the Muller Report. And..... And......
This is nothing more than a political witch hunt and the entire country knows it, though only half will admit it out loud.
Join Jim and Dan and then get in on the conversation on Facebook.
In March of 2021 Lindsey Graham was minding her own business as a salon owner in Salem, OR. Life was as good as it could be for her and her family. A successful business owner, wife, and mother. Then the “pandemic” hit and government decided to do what government does. Lindsey complied at first. Then a little longer. Then a little longer yet. Eventually her bills came due, pandemic or not. Lindsey defied the government and opened her shop. It was then that the Patriot Barbie was born.
Join Jim and Dan and learn about Lindsey’s story. A lot of rabbit holes, but they get there.
Silicon Valley Bank was the first domino to fall. Two more have followed. Is this the start of something catastrophic, or is your money safe? Also, Joe Biden has presented his 2024 budget. Spoiler alert: More taxes and less strengthening of America. Shocker. Join Jim and Dan as they talk about it, and listen to Jim try to understand crypto. For the 341st time.
Saving America won't come from Washington DC. They've proven this time and time again. Democrats, Republicans, it doesn't matter. As we always say on this show, no one is coming to save us; it's up to us. Jonah Schulz joins us today to talk about his new book, which drops today, "Common Sense for a Dying Nation". This book is a blueprint for saving America. It starts with us. With your families. When you read this book, you will be armed to have a conversation with everyone you come across. Also, we close with what we consider the best rendition of the national anthem we've ever heard from Madison Rising.

The murder of Tyre Nichols at the hands of the Memphis Police Department was the latest in sensationalized stories by the media. Or was it? From the start, something felt different. From the start, this smelled like a gang beatdown perpetrated by criminals instead of trained professional police officers.
Join Jim and Dan, along with Kevin McGary from Every Black Life Matters, the resident black conservative Duane Greene, and former police officer Warren Capps as they break down this horrific incident.

Twitter has long been lauded as a platform for open communication and free speech. But a new exposé shows that the social media giant has been quietly working to stifle some of the very same things it claims to stand for. Based on a leaked trove of internal Twitter documents, the files offer a rare glimpse into the company's inner workings. Dubbed as the Twitter Files, are they truly "bombshell" documents, as the New York Post calls them?
In this year-end episode of the Pod Bless America podcast, Jim and Dan talk about the seven Twitter file dumps most people don’t know about, the hearing about the surge in violence against LGBTQ people, and Jim’s thoughts on Donald Trump running for president.
Also, at the end of the episode, we hear Jim's dad's story about his days in the FBI and what our hosts have to say to all of those who support the show. Tune in!

The government is a body that is supposed to represent the people. It is supposed to be a fair and just institution that works for the common good. Unfortunately, this is not always the case.
Several agencies and institutions within the government are illegitimate and do not have the people’s best interests at heart. Sometimes, these departments and agencies are created to further the agendas of special interest groups rather than serving the American people. Other times, they are simply unconstitutional, ineffective, and waste our tax dollars.
In this episode, Jim and Dan are again joined by author and speaker Paul Engel. As an advocate of the Constitution, Paul talks about how much of the government is illegitimate. He also speaks about the government’s departments and agencies that are illegal to exist, the disturbing truths about these agencies, and what it takes to fix the government.
Frustrated by Americans' general lack of knowledge about their Constitution, Paul founded The Constitutional Study to encourage others to read, study and understand the Constitution for themselves.

As a country governed by the same Constitution for more than 200 years, one would expect its citizens to understand better the document that is the foundation of their government. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Americans' lack of knowledge about the Constitution is exacerbated by the fact that most cannot name more than two of the five rights guaranteed by the First Amendment. Despite its importance, there is a disconnect between the American people and the Constitution.
In today's episode of the Pod Bless America Podcast, Jim and Dan get back to basics. They will talk about Jim's passion, The Constitution of the United States of America. Joining them is an author and speaker, Paul Engel. As an advocate of the Constitution, Paul speaks about what motivated him to launch The Constitution Study, how politicians swear to uphold the Constitution but fail to do so, and what the problems with elections are.
Paul Engel has spent more than 20 years studying and teaching about both the Bible and the U.S. Constitution. Frustrated by Americans' general lack of knowledge about their Constitution, Paul founded The Constitution Study. His experience with the study has led him to write a book of the same name and develop classes available both online and in-person to encourage others to read, study, and understand the Constitution for themselves.

When the Constitution was written, the founders had a grand vision for the future of America. They wanted a free and independent country with a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. Unfortunately, that is not the government we have today. That has to change. We have to take our government back.

06:34 - "We are down 300 police officers. And when the crime is committed, second count, and people are not getting the hasty response they need. This puts lives and businesses in danger." - Cicely Davis
15:35 - "My message to black voting America right now, particularly for my cut or my pie here in CD 5, is that every skin to me is not kin to me. We have to be willing to accept that just because leaders look like us doesn't mean they're for us. We can begin change if we can go away from that and accept that. I do believe 2024 is going to look very different for black America about the Republican party." - Cicely Davis
42:59 - "When people hear about the fact that they can literally wake up and express themselves freely without worrying about being arrested or killed because of a simple thought or opinion and that they have the right to decide what area they want to focus on and how they can create their wealth and be creative about that, and then pass it on to the next generation, that whole thing is beautiful." - Cicely Davis
46:34 - "The Constitution made this country great. The people that followed that Constitution made this country great. Since the 16th and 17th Amendments back in 1913, we started falling off the rails. And we did nothing to stop it then. But just because it's so out of control doesn't mean we can't stop the bleeding now." - Jim Larkin
51:26 - "Freedom is too high a price to pay. We have to decide what we want America to look like and how America is defined. Families are hurting, and businesses are hurting. And the decisions made by those we call our leaders have let us down. We, the people, by the people, and for the people have the power. We can absolutely vote them out and return the original constructs and the demands of the Constitution." - Cicely Davis

In a country founded on the principles of free speech and freedom of the press, it is no surprise that the First Amendment is one of the most important parts of the Constitution. But this right has come under attack in recent years, particularly by those in power who seek to silence dissent. From the current administration to state legislatures, a number of forces are working to undermine the freedom of the press. In addition, there has been a rise in violence against journalists, threats, and harassment.
In this episode, First Amendment Attorney Ben Barr joins Jim and Dan. Committed to protecting the First Amendment, Ben talks about the story of Project Veritas and the violation of journalists' First Amendment rights, how Ben and his team handle the Project Veritas case, and what the litigation process in the federal government looks like.
Ben Barr is the Partner at Barr & Klein PLLC. At his core, Ben is committed to protecting the First Amendment. He focused on constitutional litigation, election law, undercover journalism, and defending free speech rights. With creative and aggressive approaches, Ben's practice ensures the right to speak and associate freely.

57:43 - "The government is nudging and puppeteering Big Tech, and what a foolish action for sophisticated actors like Facebook and Twitter to open themselves up to that. They've got Section 230. That's a broad grant of immunity against them. They generally have the First Amendment doctrine on their side, so what a foolish step to open those communications and to work in tangent with an administration." - Ben Barr

28:36 - "I can no longer remain in today's Democratic party that's under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers who are driven by cowardly wokeness, who divide us by racializing every issue and stoking anti-white racism, who actively work to undermine our God-given freedoms that are enshrined in our constitution, who are hostile to people of faith and spirituality, who demonize the police, but protect criminals at the expense of law-abiding Americans who believe in open borders, who weaponize the national security state to go after their political opponents. I believe in a government that's of the people, by the people, and for the people. Unfortunately, today's Democratic party does not. Instead, it stands for a government that is of, by, and for the powerful elite." - Tulsi Gabbard
31:49 - "The GOP is nothing more than a fundraising entity. They don't run campaigns and don't have a strategic plan in Washington, DC. They're not a group of ideologues like you see on the left. The left is a war-fighting machine. They have subverted every branch of government in every state and every city of this nation." - Jonathan Gilliam
37:40 - The American people live under an illusion that we're going to put people in positions of authority and they're going to save us. Nobody is going to save you if you don't hold them to a standard. If they don't do what they're supposed to and are ideologically driven or careerist, they're out." - Jonathan Gilliam
43:25 - "This wasn't a game to them. This wasn't some move for them. They wanted her out. So since then, she has been very vocal against a lot of the stuff that Democrats are doing. And the fact that she came out and now has said, Look, I'm out." - Jim Larkin
45:32 - "I don't see the Democratic Party as being savable. I know that I can make an impact more from the outside. And I can't be associated with and stand this insanity that's been going on and continues to worsen day by day." - Tulsi Gabbard

Too often, people tend to focus on national politics and ignore the importance of electing good local leaders. They believe that the change they want to see happens at the national level. But the truth is that the most important changes always happen at the local level. That is because the people elected to lead locally are closest to the people they serve. They are the ones who understand the needs of their constituents better than anyone else.

The Black Lives Matter movement has taken the nation by storm. The group has been protesting police brutality and the systematic oppression of black people in the United States. However, the movement has been co-opted by those who seek to profit from it. It has been used to further the agendas of those who do not have the best interests of the black community.
Woke minions are perpetuating the false narrative that white people are to blame for the problems in the black community. That is not only untrue, but it's also harmful and divisive. But what does it truly mean to embrace all life? How does Every Black Life Matters contrast from Black Lives Matter?
In this episode, we are joined by guests Duane Green (in studio) and Kevin McGary to talk about topics impacting race in America. Duane is a black conservative who is also friends with Jim, and Kevin is the President of Every Black Life Matters. Kevin speaks about the historical origins of racism, how the black community is being misled, and the contrasts between the Black Lives Matter movement and his organization, Every Black Life Matters.
Kevin McGary is an entrepreneur, author, and public speaker. He serves as Chairman of the Frederick Douglass Foundation of California and is an executive with the Douglass Leadership Institute. As the President of Every Black Life Matters, Kevin leads a collection of proactive individuals committed to developing innovative and new approaches to today's socio/political issues. With the assistance of elected officials and a myriad of community activists, he lectures and provides workshops about today's most perplexing issues.

Leadership is a critical skill that is needed in all walks of life. Whether leading a team at work, a group of friends, or your family, being a good leader is essential to success. Recent years have been difficult, and there is no doubt about that. Political division, a struggling economy, and a global pandemic have left many people feeling exhausted. The upcoming election in November 2022 will be a crucial opportunity for voters to have their say on the direction the country should take. And it's important to remember that our democracy is only as strong as we make it. When we don't vote, we give up our power to shape the future of our country. When we don't vote, we allow others to make decisions for us.
In this episode, Jim and Dan talk about the upcoming US midterm elections, the five things to look for when choosing a candidate, and what the New Contract with America is all about.

The fight is not yet over for January Littlejohn, a mother who sued her 13-year-old daughter's school after teachers created a transgender support plan without her consent. The six-page transgender nonconforming support plan took away her ability to protect her daughter. Although the Florida Bill, Parental Rights in Education, strengthens parental rights by preventing teachers and school staffers from withholding information about gender issues from parents, this is still not the right time to sit back.
Today, we are joined by the President, General Counsel, and Founder of Child and Parental Rights Campaign, Inc., Vernadette Broyles, and a mother and licensed mental health professional, January Littlejohn. They talk about how gender ideology almost destroyed January's family and how their fight for children and parents' rights is still on.

America seems to be at a crossroads, and many people are unsure which direction to take. But one thing is certain - the country is on the verge of a dangerous path. Political polarization, social media echo chambers, a lack of trust in the government, and a decline in military numbers are just a few of the problems that America faces today. And as the country becomes increasingly divided, it's starting to take a toll on the economy, social cohesion, and even democracy.
In today's episode, Jim and Dan sit with a bottle of bourbon and talk about everything constitution, the government, and the future. They will also share some upcoming episodes that will give more details on the topics argued and addressed in the previous episodes.

Having a passion for World War 2 era guns and their history, Brian Lanckiewicz wanted to own them rather than just read about them. His desire drove him to receive his Federal Firearms License. Therefore, he was able to buy his first machine gun. Furthermore, to share the experience of shooting guns with others, Brian created his YouTube channel, Columbia War Machine. His eagerness to show people what it's like to hold and shoot guns also led him to build the '76 Armory.
In this episode, Brian Lanckiewicz joins Jim and Dan. They talk about the origin of Brian's YouTube channel, The Columbia War Machine, what it's like to own a private gun range, and his plan to have a gun club in the future.

James Madison's Montpelier is a museum of American history and a center for constitutional education. But a recent article in New York Post revealed that "President James Madison's home, Montpelier in Virginia, has been transformed into a museum focusing on slavery and racism instead of the founding father. No American flags fly at Montpelier, Madison's plantation home in rural Virginia, and not a single display focuses on the life and accomplishments of America's foremost political philosopher, who created our three-branch federal system of government, wrote the Bill of Rights and the Federalist Papers, and served two terms as president."
In this episode, Jim and Dan talk about how James Madison's home has been overrun by wokeism, an ideology based on the belief that America is an oppressive, racist country.

There is no one formula for building a good reputation in the military. It takes a combination of many factors, including character, competence, and courage. Military service is both an organization and a way of life, and every member brings their own perspective and experiences to the table. No one wakes up one day and finds themselves with an excellent reputation. It is something that is earned over time through consistently good behavior and actions.
This episode of the Pod Bless America tells the second part of Jim Jay Larkin's story. This time, along with being a well-respected Navy pilot, he will share his experience as the leader of the FBI SWAT team, the cases he had been through, and how all his hard work paid off in the military community.

37:02 - "When I was growing up, there were only three things I wanted to be in life. One was a Navy pilot, one was an FBI agent, and one was an Indian chief. So, I'm going to try the number two thing." - Jim Jay Larkin
51:20 - "I'm not going to risk the lives of our SWAT. Those guys are on their drum magazines with thousands of armored piercing rounds. They're going to kill us, and I'm not going to do it. No, you're ordered to do it. I said I'm not doing it. I'm not doing it." - Jim Jay Larkin
1:05:37 - "I feel a little awkward being here trying to be the center of attention. I'm not involved in law enforcement or the Navy anymore, but I'm very proud of that. For some reason that I don't understand, I'm proud that most people see me as not just a Navy pilot but a pretty good Navy pilot. They saw me as not just an FBI agent but a good FBI agent. It gives me more pride than anything else. And I also am embarrassed when it sounds like I'm blowing my horn. But when I was a 10-year-old kid, I never thought that anybody would respect me well enough to think that of me." - Jim Jay Larkin

The United States of America was founded on the principles of freedom and liberty. These principles are reflected in the nation's founding documents, including the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. How can freedom-loving Americans defend what the founding fathers fought for?

First responders are the unsung heroes of any disaster. They are the ones who rush into danger while everyone else is rushing out. They are the ones who risk their lives to save others and also the ones who see the horror and devastation up close and personal.
For disaster specialists, the events of September 11 were unlike anything they had ever dealt with before. The scale of the disaster was massive and the emotional toll was immense. For many, the 9/11 terrorist attack was a day of tragedy and heartbreak. But for some, it was a day of courage and heroism.
In this episode, Jim and Dan are joined by Stacey Goodman. Stacey was a female police officer with federal disaster training who was pulled out of the suburbs of Long Island and thrust into the heart of the 9/11 mayhem of the World Trade Center devastation. She worked at the very center of the rescue and recovery efforts on the Pile for 23 days. Stacey witnessed firsthand the horrific details of the terror attacks that decimated the world’s financial center. Her book, The Dust Never Settles, is a firsthand account of her experience at Ground Zero and the aftermath she faces along with thousands of other survivors.
Stacey shares with Jim and Dan how she got involved as a disaster specialist during the 9/11 terrorist attack, what it is like to work on the Pile, and how she is still fighting for her medical benefits.

Since the shooting in Parkland, Florida on Valentine's Day, the gun control debate has reached a fever pitch. Americans are constantly divided on the issue, with gun rights supporters believing their constitutional rights are being infringed and gun control advocates pushing for more restrictions.
Despite the constant debates, nothing seems to change. After every major shooting, the same arguments arise. Background checks, waiting periods, and bans on certain guns or ammunition don't seem to make much of a difference when it comes to preventing mass shootings. With mental health being an issue among often-cited mass shooters, does this suggest a different approach to gun control?
In this episode, Jim and Dan continue to talk about mass shootings and the implications they have for gun control, how the federal government may soon infringe upon the second amendment, and how citizens from other countries can relate to gun control laws.

Monuments are often built to commemorate moments in history. Removing them means forgetting the parts of our history we don’t like. George Floyd's death nearly two years ago, however, sparked critical conversations about systemic racism in the county. It also sparked a movement for the removal, renaming, and relocation of monuments and other symbols of the Confederacy.
Many people argue that Confederate monuments are important symbols of Southern heritage and a significant part of American history. Others view them as symbols of racism and white supremacy. The debate over Confederate monuments has raised some important questions about the role of public memorials in our society. Do they represent our shared history or do they represent our divisions?
In this episode, Jim and Dan discuss a topic suggested by a listener, which is the renaming of military installations that honor confederates. They will talk about how the left is erasing history, taking down statues, and changing military installations' names.

In the wake of the tragic shooting at Robb Elementary School, the long-standing debate surrounding gun control has been reignited. Gun control has been a highly contentious issue for many years, and there is no clear consensus on the best way to address it. Gun control advocates argue that firearms should be strictly regulated in order to prevent mass shootings from taking place, while opponents maintain that more guns in the hands of law-abiding citizens will make society safer.
While there is no single answer to how gun control can be best addressed, it is important to remember that the Robb Elementary School shooting has left 21 families in mourning, an empty seat at the dining table that will never to be filled again, and dreams that have crumbled into ashes. As the nation mourns the victims, policymakers and the American people need to decide what is best for the country.
In this episode, Jim and Dan talk about the recent Robb Elementary School shooting. They will speak about how school resource officers are heroes, why the gun control laws only affect good citizens and not criminals, and how mental illness is connected to gun violence.

Police officers are the first line of defense against criminals and violence in society. They put their lives on the line every day, and often pay the ultimate sacrifice. Some call them heroes. We call them our friends, our family, and our neighbors. They are the men and women who put on the badge and risk everything to serve and protect their communities.
In today's society, police officers are constantly under scrutiny. They are oftentimes accused of using excessive force, racism, and corruption. While one bad apple can ruin an entire bunch, the vast majority are honorable and hardworking people who are trying to make a difference.
In today’s episode, Jim and Dan are joined by Holly Miktarian, wife of fallen officer Joshua T. Miktarian. The Florida House Bill 1557, popularly known as the "Don't Say Gay" bill, continues to stir controversy. The bill has been criticized by advocates of the LGBTQ community as discriminatory, while others believe that this gives parents the right to know what their children are being taught in school and that it would help protect their children from being exposed to gender ideology at a young age.
As the "Don't Say Gay" bill has brought to light many questions about free speech and LGBTQ+ rights, is the bill oppressing gender expression or does it give parents the basic right to raise their children?

Despite all the attention focused on the general election, the primary election is really what matters. Primaries are a better representation of voter sentiment and what issues people really care about. This is democracy in action, every vote counts and the people have a say in who represents them. Grooming has lately become a buzzword as Governor Ron DeSantis signed the historic bill to protect parental rights in education. The House Bill 1557, also known as Parental Rights in Education, is dubbed by critics the “Don’t Say Gay” bill and by proponents as an “Anti-grooming” bill. The legislation, which reinforces parents’ fundamental rights to make decisions regarding the upbringing of their children, has drawn national criticism especially among LGBTQ+ organizations.

And estimates are, without power in this country that 90% of the population dies within the first few years. And the Amish have no idea what happened, right? The Amish are at home. You guys are having problems. Exactly." - Jim Larkin and Dan Wilkinson Jr.
02:43 - "I don't want a judge who is lenient on criminals. We're having a problem in this country right now with lawlessness. Things are outta control in this country and we need judges that are finally gonna lay down the law." - Jim Larkin
06:47 - "If you have a judge here who cannot protect and cannot stand up for the most vulnerable in our society, do you think she's gonna stand up for your second amendment rights? Do you think she's gonna stand up for your fourth amendment rights?" - Jim Larkin
13:57 - "You live your life the way you wanna live it. Same with the constitution. I don't have a problem with you exerting your rights until those rights infringe on somebody else's rights." - Jim Larkin
59:38 - "You cannot sit out in the primary. You can't believe that you only have to go vote in the general because that's the one that matters. The primary is the one that matters." - Jim Larkin

Favorite Quotes
50:05 - "I think that we've lost touch with the traditional values that built America, that made America great for so long, that made us the greatest country on Earth, and our ability to have success and to invent in all these different things. This modern world wants to minimize and demonize those same values and traditions that this country was built off." - Sheriff Mark Lamb
14:12 - "I have a very screw-it-do-it attitude sometimes. So, I was just like screw it and let's do it. We started running and I knew nothing about politics. So, I gambled on the fact that the guy that I was going to run against was going to run for Congress." - Sheriff Mark Lamb
15:09 - "We surround ourselves with people that don't have a chance. Those are the people that we need in leadership positions now, people that aren't politicians, that don't pledge allegiance to the system. They pledge allegiance to the people. That's who we need." - Jim Larkin
24:20 - "We are in a day and age where they want to believe that mandates and orders would supersede anything else. And it just isn't true. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land and it is what I swore an oath to defend. And I wish that every law enforcement officer had the same mindset that we're going to do what the constitution said." - Sheriff Mark Lamb
29:13 - "At one point, the way this country is pushing and the federal government's pushing, it's going to a point where the states are likely going to have to take a stand against the federal government on things like this." - Sheriff Mark Lamb
39:02 - "For any of your listeners out there, it should not matter whether you are a Republican, a Democrat, or an Independent, if you care about human beings, you should absolutely care about border security. Cartels are abusing people on a daily basis. They raped the women. They use the children as pawns, children who they steal and purchase at the threat of violence on the other side of the border. They cast them aside like a used pair of shoes when they get here. They extort the men and force the women to carry drugs in this country. Eight of 10 women who come across the border are raped. This is not the American way. Anybody who condones this under the name of politics, because the president you voted for is okay with these open borders, needs your moral compass check." - Sheriff Mark Lamb
48:58 - "I believe that everything about God is freedom and liberty - freedom of choice, the ability to make those choices for ourselves or whether we exalt ourselves. One of the two, that choice was given to us and I think it's a godly principle." - Sheriff Mark Lamb
49:19 - "I support anybody's right to have the religion they want. And I believe that you have to have an anchor in your life. I think that having a good religion, a good base, a good belief in God is probably one of the best anchors that I've seen, especially in this profession that keeps you grounded, keeps you focused, keeps you being able to process the things that we see that nobody else should see but we see it over and over again. And for me my religion, my faith in God and Jesus Christ has been what's guided me through all that." - Sheriff Mark Lamb
1:11:41 - "This world is hungry for authentic people. This world needs leaders. Not everybody wants to be great. It needs people that want to be great, but we all have different DNA, different irises, and different fingerprints that were by design. God sent each and every person here with a different set of skills and talents and it's your job to share it with the world." - Sheriff Mark Lamb
1:12:45 - "Depression, anxiety, and unhappiness in this world comes from people who are trying to control an outcome that you just don't have any control over. As the world gets more and more chaotic, you realize you have less and less control. Whatever it is, control what you can control." - Sheriff Mark Lamb

One form of government that is often up for debate is communism. There have been a lot of discussions about this type of system and whether or not it is a viable way to govern a country. Some people believe it is the best way, whereas others think it would be a disaster. The idea of everyone being equal sounds great on paper, but it does not work in the real world.
In today’s episode of the Pod Bless America Podcast, Jim and Dan are joined by Claudiu Ganea. They will talk about what a communist government is, how Claudio escaped Romania, and what it's like to live in a communist country.

40:20 - "So all you conservative parents out there that are like, look my kids just don't get it. My kids are going to high school and the high school teachers are teaching my kid that communism's a way to go. Maybe we set up a communism camp and they get to go and they sign off on the waivers then they're like, look you understand your kids are gonna starve for two weeks. Right? Because the kids are going to walk in there going, I heard this is great. You send your kid to Claudiu for a month and they get 1200 calories. They come home and you can see their ribs. Every time they ask for more food, he hits them in the balls of their feet. I give him a glass of water if they are hungry. A glass of water." - Jim Larkin, Dan Wilkinson Jr, and Claudiu Ganea
1:09:38 - "What makes us exceptional here (USA) is our constitution. That’s what makes us exceptional. Nobody else has a constitution as we have. Nobody has the freedom of speech that we have. Nobody has the right to bear arms that we have. Nobody has the right to not self -incriminate against search and seizure that we have." - Jim Larkin
1:11:21- "The USA is one of the best countries in the world. You can grow up here. You can have everything. You have the constitution, it's good. Hold the hands on your guns. Don't let them take them away from you. You have rights. You have freedom of speech. So, for the kids who want communism and want socialism, bring them to me for two weeks. And then we will talk about it. It's not the way to go." - Claudio Ganea

04:51 - "And I'm surprised how many people here the last couple years would lay their rights down and just expect the government to tell them what to do, where to do it, and how to do it. That scares the heck out of me because that's going down the path that we don't want to go down." - Joe Blystone
02:07 - "Many people, they're tired, they're worried about their children, their grandchildren. Are they gonna have the opportunities that you and I have grown up to love and respect, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness in this great country? But we see that disappearing really fast." - Joe Blystone
35:33 - "Here's a sad part, I've been all around this state, talked to thousands of people, and there are so many people they don't know who their representative is in the house, they don't know who their representative is in the Senate, and they don't know how a bill gets into a committee or how it gets passed and gets around to the governor's desk. They are just totally blind." - Joe Blystone

When you think about the heroes of the pandemic, who comes to mind? Nurses? Doctors? Scientists? While all of these people are certainly important, there is another group of unsung heroes that deserve recognition: truckers. Truckers have been on the front lines of this pandemic since day one, and they have played a critical role in keeping the country running.
But when Canadian truckers began protesting against the vaccine mandate, the media was quick to label them as terrorists. Is this an accurate portrayal of these individuals? Or are they, in fact, misunderstood heroes?
In today’s episode of the Pod Bless America Podcast, Jim and Dan talk about how the media characterizes truckers protesting as terrorists, why Defiant Ls is Jim’s next favorite, and what the media says about Donald Trump's spy claims.

No. But the world does now." - Jim Larkin and Dan Wilkinson Jr.

26:59 - "Conservatives do have a problem with this. We have a problem with it because you've just excluded everybody, everybody in the country from being a Supreme court justice because you're gonna pick up a black woman. I don't care if it's a black woman. But put her up against the white guy, put her up against the Hispanic chick, put her up against my Tongan girl and let's take the best one. Let's take who's gonna do the best job. Not because she's black and not because she's a woman." - Jim Larkin
11:57 - "He (Justice Breyer) would have liked to have announced his retirement at the end of the term, which would be June or July. That's pushed way too close to the midterms. And in the midterms, you have 34 Senate seats up in November, 20 Republicans, 14 Democrats. And if they lose the house, they lose the Senate, it's all Republican-controlled now. And then he retires, with zero chance that there's a nominee getting through." - Jim Larkin and Dan Wilkinson Jr.
27:50 - He (Joe Biden) needs to do something to get those people back in. They need something right now to try to bring them back in, to get those votes because they know they're about to get wrecked in May and probably November." - Jim Larkin
29:24 - "Every candidate should be solely vetted on their writings and their decisions as it relates to the United States Constitution. It shouldn't matter what color you are. It shouldn't matter what sex you are. Whoever is the most constitutional candidate should get the nod." - Jim Larkin

18:02 - "It's a peaceful protest. There's no violence. These truckers are just showing up. They're laying on their horns. They're blocking the roads, which over here block the streets, and manage disorderly conduct. That's all it is, certainly not insurrection. And they (government) are moving to cut off their money, their fuel, their food, any supplies coming into them, and that makes me feel like they're not gonna come in with the intent to negotiate." - Jim Larkin and Dan Wilkinson Jr.

00:42 - "People don't care anymore, and it's ignorance. People don't know what's in the constitution. They don't know what the government is allowed to do. I'll tell you what the government is not allowed to do about 90% of what the government is doing. Their authority in the constitution is few and defined. They do not have the authority to be doing what they're doing." - Jim Larkin
1:06 - "Joe Biden is unconstitutional. He's admitting that the eviction moratorium is unconstitutional. But they're going to keep doing it until the Supreme Court tells him they can't do it." - Jim Larkin
1:47 -"All those people that feel disenfranchised now don't trust the elections. You can not stop voting. If you stop voting, you are giving them a legitimate victory at this point. You can't give up on the process. But if we aren't turning out to vote, then they're going to win legitimately. They're going to win strictly on numbers alone." - Jim Larkin
2:20 - "I am not anti-vax. I believe in vaccines and I believe in Science. You can be pro-vax and also pro-medical freedom. You do what's right for you. You do what you think is right for you and right for your family. If you choose not to do it, you should not be forced with losing your livelihood and not being able to provide for your family because you're making a decision that you think is best for you and your family." - Jim Larkin
3:04 - "Whether you have the vaccine or you don't have the vaccine, you better be standing up for freedom right now. You can not separate yourself and say, 'that's for those people, not me' because one day it's going to be you. If you don't stand up right now and you don't take a stand against the government, you don't have any reason at all to complain about it." - Jim Larkin
3:56 - "We have failed our founders and that we don't care anymore. Apathy has taken over and you think somebody's going to save you? You think that the one Congressman that you elect is gonna go in there and he's gonna save you? Well, I got news for you. Not only is he not going to save you, but your Congressman is also actively working against you. Your Congressman is working for his own good. He is working for reelection. Your Congressman is working for those dollars coming in from the lobbyist. It is up to you to save yourself. And how you gonna save yourself is this May, in the primaries." - Jim Larkin
5:24 - "You can say almost anything. And the left is labeling you a racist, a white extremist. I'm sure I'm an extremist right now because I believe in the constitution and you can't deny that. The fact that I want to have an opinion that is different from the left should not affect my employment, should not affect my kids in school, and shouldn't get docked. I shouldn't have people coming to my house. It's absolutely ludicrous that this is happening." - Jim Larkin
5:54 - "We gotta get back to conservative values. We gotta get back to what made this country great. And then we can start compromising. We've gotten so far to the left. We need to bring it back." - Jim Larkin
6:22 - "Think about the last time we were all together, when we stood for the same, it was 9-11. I thought the coronavirus itself, when it broke out, was going to give us that same sort of stand together against. But it totally didn't. It made it worse." - Dan Wilkinson Jr.
6:41 - "The government divided us into two more groups. So now it's not just black and white, gay and straight, conservative and liberal. It's not lefties and right-wing. It's now vaccinated and unvaccinated, mask and no mask." - Jim Larkin
7:31 - "The media absolutely is the fourth arm of the democratic government. The media is the propaganda arm of the federal government. And they're going to make sure that Joe Biden does not look to be in a bad light." - Jim Larkin
8:25 - "I think that's exactly what you need to do with the woke left. You can sit back and you can let them change everything that's important to America. Everything that's important to you your whole life. You can have them take the ‘Christ’ out of Christmas. You can have them take the pilgrims out of Thanksgiving. And you could sit back and be quiet about it because you're scared that you're going to be labeled something or you could stand up and you could fight against this woke mob and you could take this country back and the things that are important to this country." - Jim Larkin
8:57 - "So the woke mob is trying to control more than the government. The woke mob is trying to control what we can say, what we can't say, and how we say it. Conservatives are afraid to speak out against the left because they're going to be labeled racist and they're going to be labeled an extremist. And as soon as the woke mob gets a hold of that, now they're gonna attack you. They're gonna attack your job. They're going to attack your livelihood. They're gonna attack your family. And they're gonna try to cancel everything that you've ever been or ever worked for. " - Jim Larkin
10:09 - "Having a constitutional sheriff I think is more important to everybody with each election. I think when people elect you, they're not electing you based on your fiscal policies or anything other than the fact that where you are with the constitution." - Jim Larkin
10:48 - "I think the way to win this country back is through state governments. I think the way to win it back is to send people that understand state sovereignty and are willing to stand up to the federal government and say, ‘not today’." - Jim Larkin
11:56 - "Our founders right now would be rolling over. I mean, if they were all brought back to life for a month and they saw 81-year-old Nancy Pelosi running off the mouth like this, I can assure you that muskets would be loaded." - Jim Larkin
12:16 - "The United States of America that I know is not systematically racist. I know a lot of cops, a thousand of them. I don't know a racist cop. Every cop I know is doing the right thing. If you're a black guy and you got a gun and you're up to no good with it, you're going to get arrested. If you're a white guy and you got a gun and you're up to no good with it, you're going to get arrested." - Jim Larkin
13:50 - "And now you're saying, 'Well you know what, primaries don't matter. I'm going to vote in the general. That's the one that matters.' But by the time you get to the general, you got two bad candidates. So we continue to elect the same bad candidates who are in it for themselves, except in all this lobbyist money. They're not in it for you anymore. They're in it just to make leviathan get bigger and more powerful until you can't stop them. And that's where we're at right now." - Jim Larkin
14:47 - "So the country knows that there's a problem. The country knows that the government is dividing us and it's getting worse, but we can't get a third party off the ground? 82% know this, and we're gonna keep voting for the Republicans, we're gonna keep voting for the Democrats? And we know what they're doing to us? If you take that 82% and put them all into a third party, we take the power away from the Republicans and the Democrats." - Jim Larkin
15:56 - "She (Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez) is the poster child of the CDC until she gets to Florida and stars in a 'Congresswoman Gone Wild'. She's been in a packed venue with no mask on, having a great time, loving the beach, leaving her whole state of New York, and just coming down and vacationing in beautiful Florida. Problem is that she got caught." - Jim Larkin and Jim Wilkinson Jr.
17:06 - "There are a lot of people out there that have the vaccine that are still against this mandate. They understand freedom and they understand liberty. They're willing to lose their jobs, even though they've vaccinated because they believe so strongly in individual liberty." - Jim Larkin

The right to liberty is a fundamental right that is enshrined in the United States Constitution. This right protects citizens from being forced to do anything against their will. The vaccine mandate, on the other hand, has been causing controversy as it is clearly an attempt to compromise this right.
