15th July 2023 I got the train from Chelm in Poland to Kyiv, Ukraine. I played for 2 hours with a beautiful crowd of ravers at Uyava in Kyiv. It was the show of a lifetime for me. This episode is all about Floodlight - the D&B album to raise money for people hit by floods in Pakistan. The devastating floods sank over 1/3rd of the country underwater, and official figures state that 1,678 people have died due to the floods. These artists from around the world in the D&B community have come together and provided original tracks for this album which is out right now on Bandcamp.

As I grow older, I learn daily that I know less and less than I thought. 

One thing I do know is that D&B is in a brilliant place right now. I love that this music can be like a counterbalance to how things are in the world. D&B has a habit of stepping up when the world, politics, war, and the behaviour of humans create adversity and suffering.
