On this 44th episode of Good Timin', we build our own fantasy "Best of the Rest" album, where we as a group nominate and vote for 24 of our favorite songs that were primarily written by the other official members of the band. (minus Brian) In addition to selecting songs from the official Beach Boys catalog, we're also allowed to nominate outtakes and unreleased material, as well as four songs from any of the members solo careers. (20 Beach Boys songs, 4 solo songs)

On this 43rd episode of Good Timin', we discuss the Beach Boys' 13th studio album, Wild Honey from 1967. Along with covering the album's general history and background, we also talk about each individual track on the record one by one and share our own thoughts and opinions on them. Following this, we discuss a few additional recordings and outtakes that the band made around the time, and also touch on the group's unfinished live album from 1967, Lei'd in Hawaii. On this 41st episode of Good Timin’, we discuss The Beach Boys’ Christmas Album from 1964. Along with covering the album’s general history and background, we also discuss each of the individual tracks on the record and share our own personal thoughts and opinions on them. Following this, we talk about some additional Beach Boys related Christmas songs, (including Child of Winter and some of the rejected Merry Christmas from the Beach Boys material) and then close out the episode with our own Christmas song draft, where we as a group select 15 holiday songs (from any band or artist) to make up our own fantasy Christmas compilation.
