Greta Gerwig's debut feature 'Lady Bird' is filled with many memorable characters and scenes and one of those highlights is our latest guest Bayne Gibby who plays Casey Kelly a pro-life speaker who comes into conflict with Lady Bird.

Waves traces the journey of a suburban family - led by a well-intentioned but domineering father - as they navigate love, forgiveness, and coming together in the aftermath of a loss.

In Lean on Pete, the teenage Charley befriends Lean on Pete, an ageing racehorse, when he arrives in Portland. When Charley learns that the horse is bound for slaughter, he tries to save him.

Backstabbing for Beginners is based on the real life story of Michael Soussan, a young United Nations employee, travels to Iraq with his mentor, who wants to show him how successful the UN's Oil-for-Food Program has been. When Michael gets a deeper look at the organization, he unveils a corruption conspiracy in which officials -- both inside and outside of the UN -- are skimming billions off the top of the aid meant for the Iraqi people.

2019 has been a great year for A24 and The Death of Dick Long is one of their highlights.

A Ghost Story from David Lowery sees a recently deceased white-sheeted ghost return to his suburban home to console his bereft wife, only to find that in his spectral state he has become unstuck in time, forced to watch passively as the life he knew and the woman he loves slowly slip away.

Debra Winger and Tracy Letts play a long-married, dispassionate couple in The Lovers who are both in the midst of serious affairs. But on the brink of calling it quits, a spark between them suddenly reignites, leading them into an impulsive romance.

The Exception sees a German soldier try to determine if the Dutch resistance has planted a spy to infiltrate the home of Kaiser Wilhelm in Holland during the onset of World War II, but falls for a young Jewish Dutch woman during his investigation.

Jared discusses his early career as a producer before transitioning to writer-director with his first Western, Dead Man's Burden. The Ballad of Lefty Brown followed and after its premiere at South By South West, A24 acquired the rights to the film.
