Swami Padmanabha begins an exploration of Revolutionary Spirituality with a quote from his book, RADICAL PERSONALISM: Revival Manifesto for Proactive Devotion. "Although this book addresses relative necessities, such as updating the language we employ to convey ancient concepts in postmodern times, it mainly tries to encourage the development of a spirit willing to keep up with the pace of transcendence. Transcendence is unlimited, which means we’re called to ever new horizons of understanding. We’re to keep pace with an ever-evolving reality that we are part of, with an ever-evolving God we are tied to, and, thereby, with an ever-evolving tradition through which these very principles are revealed to us. Thus, the tradition needs to remain ever-evolving if it’s to accurately represent an ever-evolving proposal such as (among other divine portals) Gaudiya Vaishnavism."
