#5amMesterScrum Show #489 Live - Project Management Triangle Wrong and False plus Estimates are Wrong Also - Today's topics:  (1) I saw an ad where a company wants to help my team make better estimates, but on the 1st day of CSM we all say estimates are always wrong, we fixed it by not spending a lot of time estimating, and (2) The PM Triangle everyone talks of constraint is a falsehood. Scope has always been flexible and cost and schedule are fixed.
