#5amMesterScrum Show #548 Live - Daily Scrum +15 or 30 and Why it's Wrong? - Today's topic: (1) Twenty years ago the +15 or +30 minute time after Daily Scrum might have been useful.  But now a days most organizations have all kinds of mechanisms for teams to connect on their own.  If not then Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches need to challenge it.  Maybe the team needs to ID an overlap window for multi time zone teams, but that is an awareness thing and not a meeting.
