A question I encounter all the time.  For me it was why bother signing up for a shot?  They will never pick me. Then looking at the original train why bother pushing past a stage coach? and (2) Hire consultant companies and pay by the hour vs. by work done.  Paying by hour is so not agile.  Done is a better measure or a combo.
