It is officially Fall, and Halloween is coming, which makes it one of the best times of the year!

This episode presents all types of Halloween stories. Some are spine chilling – involving possession, voices in the dark, and stubborn ghosts. Other stories are about strange lights in the wilderness, a reappearing black cat, and a crow that brought a prediction about a loved one’s passing.

Master Sergeant and American hero Israel Del Toro (DT) Jr.’s life and spiritual journey is one of resilience, hope, encouragement, and the enduring strength of family bonds. Back by popular demand, Lauren Drake, numerologist and reiki practitioner, continues her discussion from Episode 119: Numerology by delving deeper into this topic with a detailed discussion of karmic debt numbers and how they can help us understand our current life path.

Lauren begins by clarifying that karma is neither good nor bad, but the result of the energies put forward by the ego operating within the universal law of cause and effect. In other words, we come into this lifetime with energetic entanglements of past interactions with the ego and unconditional love. She reminds us that karma is by no means punishment but provides the soul an opportunity to balance out these energies.

The four karmic debt numbers (13, 14, 16, and 19) are defined with examples of how they play out in our lives by offering challenges to help us grow. Lauren explains that knowing our karmic debt numbers can be empowering and freeing because we can better understand the source of reoccurring issues and embrace that part of ourselves. In addition, understanding our karmic debt can help us become more aligned with our soul’s path and to balance energetic entanglements we brought with us from past lives.

Carolyn Swift Jones has been a practicing intuitive for almost 40 years. Beginning as an energy healer on the physical level, she was drawn to a healing of the soul. After working independently for many years, Carolyn received formal training through a three-year seminary program with The United Metaphysical Churches in Roanoke, Virginia. In 2014, she was given official mediumship and healing certificates and was ordained into metaphysical ministry. After serving as a minister for a Unity church for eight years, she retired from that position and continued her practice of teaching mediumship to her clients.

This is the third meditation in A Psychic’s Story Meditation Series. It is a 9-minute meditation to allow yourself to just be – to be present, to be with self, to experience oneness – whatever being present is for you. It allows you to simply be more available for whatever the moment contains, which is the practice of being more available to yourself and therefore your life. 

It is encouraged that you find a quiet space. If you feel so led, light a candle or some incense, use some essential oil over your third eye, and get cozy before you listen to this episode. As you listen, take note of any energies that come up for you that feel heavy. Ask God and your angels to take these energies and transmute them into love and light. 

Do not play or use this meditation while operating machinery or completing responsibilities where you need to focus.
