Day 253 with St. Faustina's Diary

Today's readings are from Notebook 4, numbers 1243-1245.

As we look around our world we can tell that things aren't great. I'm sure every time period has thought that things were getting really bad and the end was near. However, in the past, most were able to hold on to their belief in God. Collectively, as a whole, nowadays we aren't turning to God. Instead, we are putting ourselves up as gods and the consequences are predictable--disaster and despair.
