Our guest today who helps us to understand how we can relate to our thoughts in a flexible way is Dr. Jason Luoma who is a clinical psychologist and co-founder and director of Portland Psychotherapy Clinic, Research, & Training Center in Portland, Oregon in the USA. He provides training in ACT for audiences around the world, is the author of a book for professionals called Learning Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and was recently elected president of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science, the organization that is mostly tied to ACT.
