This episode is very personal to me, as I share some deep identity-level shifts I’ve finally been able to make in the last 30 days. If I’m being honest, the things I share in this episode are things I’ve worked on for what feels like my whole life (but realistically, probably the past 4-5 years).

However, no matter what I tried, I was never able to truly shift these aspects of myself sustainably and in a way that felt good. I finally started to approach these shifts as manifestations and followed exactly what I teach forward. By doing so, I was able to shift 3 major layers of who I am in just 30 days.
