I’ve struggled with consistency for as long as I can remember – but, I’ve made a ton of changes on different layers of myself over the past year with the intention to eventually become more consistent in things that matter to me. And now, I’ve become so consistent in habits to make me a healthier + happier version of myself. None of these habits are revolutionary, but they’re common habits that I think we all try to implement a little bit more of, but just push off because there’s no imminent need.
So a little bit of a different topic this week because we’re focusing on health + wellness this episode and I’ll share how I’ve gotten to the healthiest and most consistent version of myself.
