This episode was inspired by my summer filled with friends + family, and reflecting on how far my relationships have come and in what ways they’ve evolved. I have heard a lot of people say “forgive and forget” without truly practicing, and on the other hand I’ve heard “forgive, but don’t forget” because we need to remember the lessons we learned. 

I have a lot to say on this topic, and I’m so excited to share the way forgiveness has helped me heal my current relationships but also welcome in some of the most meaningful relationships of my life. We talk about the complexities and nuances of forgiveness, how our expectations or standards might be doing more harm, and how to actually practice forgiveness yourself.
