Why are luxury flats in demand in Nigeria?

Lagos and Abuja in Nigeria have seen a luxury property market boom despite a downward trend in country’s economy. Developers boast that their million-dollar luxury flats continue to be in demand, with rich buyers continuing to invest in what they believe to be a safer place for their money.
