Episode 11 brings Helen back in conversation with one of her old college friends, Essie, who lives in Texas with her partner BethAnn and Honey the dog. Helen has not been quite her usual cheerful self of late, and Essie has picked up on it. But Essie is the one who's really struggling. Is there such a thing as 'post pandemic blues' that hits us, even though the pandemic isn't actually over yet?
