Shadow of the Erdtree is the name of Elden Ring's DLC expansion, and it has fans absolutely leaping with joy. It was announced on Feb. 28th, 2023 with no official release date quite yet. Assumedly, the game will receive an official trailer with a release date in either spring or summer 2023.

The DLC will likely release in either late 2023 or early 2024. With its release, there are many essential things that need to happen based on events, mysteries, or simply obvious additions the game needs to make the expansion fans have been desiring. There's no other word for what this DLC has in store, but it's guaranteed to be epic.
