Well, it turns out that Joe Goldberg is “full fat, extra sugar, deep-fried fucking insane” and now we're just frustrated. In what feels like a poorly constructed twist, Joe and Sharai question the logic of making Joe mentally ill, the logistics of disappearing for days on end and constructing the box in London, as the benefits of using half the episode's runtime on Marienne's fairytale.

Plus: this has got to be the final season, right? Because a "happy ending" for Joe is off the table!
