Three students were killed and five others were critically wounded after a gunman opened fire at Michigan State University. Police say the shooter died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound and doesn’t appear to be affiliated with the university. Plus, Nikki Haley announced she will run for president in 2024. The former South Carolina governor and former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations is the first major Republican challenger to former President Trump.
