The White House got on board with a proposal from Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren and others to prevent large, profitable corporations from paying nothing in federal taxes. Sen. Warren joins AC360 to discuss the latest on negotiations and says she’s feeling “optimistic.” Plus, FDA advisers voted to recommend Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine for children ages 5 to 11. Dr. Peter Hotez is the co-director of the Center for Vaccine Development at Texas Children’s Hospital. He tells Anderson Cooper “we learned this summer that Covid-19’s a very bad actor” in children of that age group and that’s why we need the vaccine.
