President Trump is calling for some states such as Minnesota, Michigan and Virginia to "liberate" just a day after saying governors will "call your own shots" when deciding to re-open their state. Democratic Governor Jay Inslee from Washington says these comments encourage "illegal and dangerous acts." He joins Anderson Cooper to discuss that and how a lack of test kits is still a major issue in his state. Plus, Dr. Chris Murray gives an update on his group's latest modeling that predicts some states like Vermont, West Virginia, Montana and Hawaii could open by May 4 but other states may have to wait until late June or early July.
