Over 87% of Americans under stay at home orders

Florida, Georgia and Mississippi are the latest states to issue stay at home orders. Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer issued a stay at home order back on March 24th. She joins Anderson Cooper to explain why she thinks the country should have a "national strategy instead of a patchwork of policies."
