Ballots are still being counted in Pennsylvania’s Republican Senate primary between Dr. Mehmet Oz and David McCormick. The final outcome is delayed partly because of a printing error in Lancaster County that has left about 22,000 ballots unable to be read by scanners. Ruth Whitfield stopped at the grocery store after visiting her husband, who is in a nursing home, and never made it out alive.
