Democratic Rep. Pramila Jayapal, the leader of the progressive caucus, is skeptical that a deal can be struck on the spending bill that will satisfy progressives and said if there is an infrastructure vote tomorrow “we’ll vote it down.” Democratic leaders are struggling to strike a deal among progressives, who have said they won’t vote for the infrastructure bill before striking a deal on a spending package. Lenny DePaul is a former commander for the U.S. Marshals Service Regional Fugitive Task Force. He tells Anderson Cooper he’s be “quite shocked” if Laundrie didn’t have a prepaid phone.
