Suspect charged in Pentagon documents leak case

The 21-year-old suspect in the leak of classified Pentagon documents made his first appearance in federal court and has been charged under the Espionage Act. Jack Teixeira is accused of unauthorized retention and transmission of national defense information and unauthorized removal of classified information and defense materials.
