Trump acknowledges he was told 2020 election lies were false

Former President Trump admitted that he was told the 2020 election lies were false but continued spewing the false claims to try and overturn the results. In an interview over the weekend, the former president said he didn’t respect his attorneys who told him he had lost the election and instead he “respected many others that said the election was rigged.” Harvard Law Professor Laurence Tribe tells Anderson Cooper if he thinks Trump undermined his own defense by saying it was his decision to go after the 2020 election results.
