Trump: Pence Should Have Overturned The 2020 Election

Former President Trump has publicly admitted that he wanted then-Vice President Pence to overturn the 2020 election and claimed Pence did “have the right” to do so. Harvard law school professor Laurence Tribe tells Anderson Cooper why he thinks the government should indict the former President.

Plus, Marc Short, former Vice President Mike Pence’s chief of staff, testified in front of the House select committee investigating January 6 in response to a subpoena. Short was with Pence at the Capitol the day of the insurrection. Olivia Troye is the former Homeland Security, Counterterrorism and Covid Task Force adviser to the former Vice President.
