The TLDR version is as we understand and navigate our fluctuating capacity in motherhood it's important that we understand we simply DO NOT have the same capacity we had before becoming a mother. And the capacity changes with each additional child, but also through the month and years for us.
It's something we are going to have to constantly navigate and figure out. Some of us do it with more grace than other, but we're all doing it.
