Meet Abbie Westgate. In this episode, Abbie shares her awakening story and the tools she used for healing from the past. She went from traumatic childhood experiences to recognising that she can heal and help others to heal too. Today she is a coach and she shares what she learned on the way to wholeness. She got very interested in using nervous system regulation technique, and powerful plant medicine. Abbie shares what she learned from the teacher plant Ayahuasca and how that changed her life.
