One of the original side-scrolling beat'em ups of the 1980s was turned into a movie, so you can probably guess how that turned out. Mark Dacascos and Scott Wolf star as Jimmy and Billy and they (kind of) kick their way through the gangs of a post-apocalyptic Los Angeles. You've got rampaging mutants that look like part of the male anatomy, Alyssa Milano as a gang leader, and renegade mailmen, but is it a bad movie that rules or just straight-up bad?
