Ep23: Peace of Mind

In this 23rd session, Bashar, as channeled by Andrew, reminds us that everything that appears to exist outside of us is actually within us. The external reality is a reflection of our consciousness and we can only change the reflection if we start with the reality within. He explains that the world scenario is a macrocosmic reflection of our inner microcosm. This of course applies to everything including peace. In order to see peace in the world, we must first start to find the peace within and through our actions midwife that peace into the world. He mentions that hating war is not the same projection as loving peace. Hating war is still emanating the vibration of hate, while loving peace projects love instead.
