Truth- Ever since becoming a mom, pediatrician chats are some of my favorite ones. So for this weeks super interesting convo, Dr. Joel Walsh AKA DR. One of the big issues he touches on in his book is the spike in chronic health issues in kids. He refers to them as the S.E.E.D.S of wellbeing: Stress, Environment, Exercise, Diet, and Sleep. Dr. Gator expands on these in today’s episode and encourages parents to prioritize these S.E.E.D.S in their lives and their children’s lives.
