It was a warm and sunny morning on Ahway Island. Golden light stretched across the grassy fields and sparkled on the clear blue water of the lakes. A gentle breeze danced through the trees, carrying the soft scent of flowers from the nearby meadow.

In the stables, Hasani Horse yawned lazily.  He had just finished breakfast, but was still a little sleepy.  Just then, the jingling sound of horse tack woke him completely.  Hasani knew what that sound meant.  There were riders at the stable!

Today’s Meditation: Feel calm and relaxed as you imagine a baby elephant and its mama.
