A Tweaker and a Tree

The sun is out, the weather is beautiful, and a huge tree in a nearby forest is beckoning for you to climb it. It's a great time to be a kid, right? When at the very top of the tree, an insane tweaker appears at the bottom, yelling at you to come down. With absolutely no one around, what do you do?
