This week on Beer Session Jimmy is talking about locally sourced grains with June Russell, Director of Regional Food Programs at the Glynwood Center for Regional Food and Farming, and Joel Alex, of Blue Ox Malthouse. 

Both June and Joe talk about their experience promoting local grains in regional markets from baking to brewing. Joel explains the process of floor malting. June talks about how much of a commitment it can be for farmers to start growing new grains.
