Episode 360: Oregon Cider with Kevin Zielinski

This week on Beer Sessions Radio, we present a special episode with Kevin Zielinski of E.Z. Orchards Cider in Salem, Oregon. The "E.Z." stands for Edward Zielinski, Kevin's grandfather, who started the family agriculture business about 150 years ago. Today, they grow a wide variety of heirloom cider apples including French and English bittersweets, and American semi-sharps.
