The Song of Moses - Prelude Show Notes
Summary:
It is always a good idea to view current events through the lens of Scripture. The Apostle Paul set the example we should follow concerning Israel, stating over and over again: as it is written. He cites the prophets concerning Israel’s blindness and ultimate rejection of the Rock, including a prophecy given to Moses. This same prophecy is mentioned in the Revelation during the wrath of God, pointing us back to consider what is going on with the nation God judges then restores. We begin a four-part series on the Song of Moses.

Takeaway:
It is my opinion that the song of Moses referred to in Revelation 15 is from Deuteronomy 31 and 32. The singers of the song on the sea of glass lived during the Time of Jacob’s Trouble. They now appear in heaven and sing two songs: the Song of Moses and the Song of the Lamb. The Lord gave Moses this song to testify against Israel for breaking His covenant, and He said it would not be forgotten. It would appear the song comes to its conclusion in the tribulation, and a new song begins: the Song of the Lamb.
