A major Earth shaking event, never seen before, nor since.

Not too long after Adam & Eve was created, some men called upon the name of the Lord, while many didn’t. Some were good, some were wicked. We see a contrast also between two men of different lineage, who were 7 generations from Adam. So what is significant about a few of these men?

Does the term ‘sons of God’ refer to angels or particular men who are faithful to God? Regardless of which view, in Chapter 6 we see the whole world turns to wickedness. This in turn brings about the world flood and changed so many other things. A major event in the history of mankind.
