Emma and Eleanor from the Reconnected are on a mission to help parents reconnect with themselves and their children and change the world! Eleanor is registered counsellor, holding a BA of Social Science (Counselling), a BA of Psychology (Hons), a Diploma in Breathwork, and a Grad Diploma in Child Centred Play Therapy. Emma is a successful self published author with Mastery in Rebirthing Breathwork, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Certified Advanced Theta Healing & Mind Body Intuitive, Emma and Eleanor share their story on how they met and what led them to create The Reconnected. With 9 children between the 2 of them, they felt called to share how to help children stay connected to their spiritual selves They share how the most important thing as a paren is t to connect with ourselves and go on the healing journey and how this will allow us to show up and connect more deeply with our children. They share how breathwork and play are key in transforming our relationship with ourselves and our children. How regulating our nervous system can help regulate our children's and learning to work with our big emotions, can also help our children work with theirs. We talk about intergenerational trauma, what is happening in the world and how important it is we do our healing work for our future generations and sooo much more.
