My guest this week is Kai Nguyen, designer of LUMIERES.

Kai first popped up in 2013, when he launched his brand Lumieres. From Hypebeast and Complex to ASAP Mob. Recently he was a fan favorite and finalist on HBO’s recent fashion series, THE HYPE.

Kai and I discuss his life growing up in the online streetwear community, launching his brand at 17, his childhood in Vietnam, and the future of what a brand can be.
