Today is October 1st, 2012 and we have a special mix from Altstadt Echo.  Altstadt Echo is a writer, producer, and DJ currently based out of Ann Arbor, Michigan.  His interests are in abstract, minimalist techno of the deep and droning varieties.  This mix involves themes of minimalism, empty space, distorted perceptions of time, and industrial decay.

His major artistic influences include Aphex Twin, Regis, Donald Judd, and Carl Andre.  Altstadt currently contributes reviews and interviews to DubMonitor.com and Resident Advisor.
