UK home sellers are cutting asking prices at the fastest pace in four years as higher interest rates are putting buyers off, according to new figures from the property website Rightmove. Tim Bannister, the portal's head of property science, tells Bloomberg's Lizzy Burden and Stephen Carroll he's expecting prices to fall around another 2% in 2023, after the 2.1% drop in December.
