The CEO of energy company Utilita, Bill Bullen, says the jump in prices in October will put 100% of his customers in fuel poverty. Regulator Ofgem has announced that the typical household will pay 80% more for energy when the cap rises. Bullen told Bloomberg's Caroline Hepker and Stephen Carroll that if any government doesn't act quickly to address this, 'they won't be in government for very long.'
