A Court of Mist and Fury: Chapters 42 - 44

The members of Inner Circle embark on their excursion to retrieve the Veritas. Along the way, the group is attacked, but their impending arrival to the Court of Nightmares takes priority over locating their attackers. Feyre is put on display as the pet of the High Lord of the Night Court, a clever ruse to distract the fiendish courtiers from the reason for the Inner Circle’s true visit. When Feyre and Rhysand play their roles too well, damage is done that causes a rift between the pair. As Feyre realizes what - or who - it is she really wants in her life, can she finally be honest with the man who has been her companion during her darkest times?
