Queen of Shadows: Ch 48-56 Review & Analysis | The Pie, The Lie, & The Bad Guy

Welcome back for another episode of the Booked on Fantasy Podcast! We continue this week with Queen of Shadows chapters 48-56.

Things go from bad to worse for the Thirteen starting with having to comply with the Duke's commands to slay an entire village of innocent people and ending with an intervention for Manon being interrupted when the Valg prince inhabiting Roland's body attacks. Things aren't going much better for our beloved heros. While searching for hellfire they learn a shocking secret that changes EVERYTHING. To top it all off a terrified Evangeline informs them that the King's men captured Lysandra and were taking her to Morath. Last but not least, all we have to say is DON'T SLEEP ON LADY KALTAIN! All that and more on today's episode!
