It’s “Top Gun” Tuesday here at Breakfast All Day — kinda like Taco Tuesday, only with more chunks of real Tom Cruise in every bite. We have an early review for you of the long-awaited sequel, “Top Gun: Maverick,” which Christy loved but Alonso wasn’t quite as enthusiastic. We also revisit the original “Top Gun” from 1986, which the sequel recalls repeatedly, to see how it holds up today.
