Episode 400 is here and it's with Vin Rock of the legendary, Grammy winning, Naughty By Nature!!

Vinnie joins me to discuss 30 years of 19NaughtyIII, what the album did for the group. We look back on the celebration of hip hop the Grammy's had aired the night before when we recorded this, and what it was like for the group to be one of the first awarded a Grammy for hip hop, and how they shouted out their producer, DJ Kay Gee, and called him a "super producer" before the phrase would really find its prominence decade or so later.

We also get into the groups iconic logo and branding, and how that set them apart from their peers, how ahead of the times they were creating a brand and how other companies wanted to use their success for their own profit. Vin also discusses the importance of knowing your worth, and sticking to your guns, and how he has navigated the ever changing music industry.
