43. Stu McCallister (Comedian)

My guest this week is Stu McCallister. Stu is a local comic that's been around for awhile and someone I've admired for being the face of our local comedy scene for a long time, from mentoring younger comics, to branching out and helping other creative individuals with their various endeavors. Stu has his own podcast, LMNO Podcast that offers listeners a unique perspective on the goings on in Stu's life as well as his take on pop culture things. We enjoyed a rather long chat that ranges from talking about how comedy specials are anything but anymore, how the comedy world is very akin to the music world. We also get into how I worked in a strip club as one of my first jobs and what it was like working as a social worker for Stu.
