If you cannot get your RADEON Drivers to work, try these steps:
1)Make sure your motherboard Bios is up-to-date, and of course make sure no component is overclocked/undervolted.
2)Download DDU and Uninstall All AMD Drivers (Radeon, chipset, audio). This full nuking of drivers is important.

3)Install 19.10.2. Reboot at least one extra time after it is fully installed.

4)Then refresh Windows 10 updates to have windows handle any missing drivers. See if you are stable, comment below if you are. To be clear - I am not interested in hearing about people trying other drivers.
