The same writer (Rebecca Rand Kirshner) wrote both episodes, and boy did she draw some inspiration from herself. A Minotaur in Buffy AND Gilmore Girls!? And that's just the beginning... We've got weddings, breakups, and Bat Mitzvahs. We've got ugly bridesmaids dresses, thirsty ladies stealing cufflinks, and wedding venues/rings honoring various large animal clubs. We've got handsy wedding guests, sloppy drunks, and people throwing their tongues around just everywhere. Some have skin conditions while others are glowing. And who even knows what's going on outside our apartment...
